They actually had my size in stock when everywhere else was out, which was such a relief. Finding what I needed was simple, and checkout didn’t take long at all. i was ready to be annoyed, but nope, it went smoothly.

The site was simple to use, which is good because I don’t have the patience to click around forever trying to find stuff. Pages loaded fine for me, and checkout was clear without being annoying. I just wish the filters worked a little better so I could narrow things down faster.

I was annoyed that after waiting in the queue for so long, the total at checkout ended up changing because of extra fees. I really wish they showed the actual price earlier instead of making it a surprise at the end

I ordered from kickwho.xyz and decided to try a discount code at checkout, mostly expecting it not to work like usual. But it went through right away and knocked the price down, which felt like a small win for the day.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think the discount code details could’ve been a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big problem. The code worked, checkout was fine, and I was happy to save a bit.

I had to return something i’m not the most patient person, so the back-and-forth with support got irritating fast. They did respond, though, and once I sent over the tracking info, my refund showed up a few days later. It wasn’t exactly smooth, but at least it got handled in the end.

My order got stuck at customs and, like, I had no idea what was going on for a while. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really help much, so it was just kind of frustrating waiting around and trying to figure it out.

My first impression wasn’t great, and it never really got better. I ordered once and started getting odd updates that didn’t make much sense. When I tried to figure out what was going on, there wasn’t any clear help either. It just didn’t feel legit to me, and based on that experience, I wouldn’t order from this seller again.

I mostly use Kick Who to check restocks, and it’s been decent for that. It’s nice being able to see what might be coming back instead of just guessing all the time. I do wish the timing was a bit more exact sometimes, but it’s not a huge deal, and for the most part it’s still really easy to follow. I’d give it 4 stars

The packaging was mostly okay, though one corner of the box did get squashed. My gut feeling when I saw it was that the shoes might be damaged too, but luckily they were totally fine inside. Not really a big issue in the end.

The QC pics showed a wonky shape and some messy stitching, which was disappointing. I asked a few questions to get a better feel for it, but it still didn’t seem right. I was expecting it to look a bit cleaner and more put together, so I didn’t feel great about moving forward.

The colorway options felt limited too. Compared to places I’ve browsed before, it just didn’t have the variety I expected, and a lot of popular styles seemed to be missing. I ended up getting frustrated quickly because it felt like I was scrolling through whatever was easiest for them to list instead of a solid range of options.

Got these in today and yeah, first thing I thought was they look way closer to retail than I expected. The shape is solid, colors look right, and even the box wasn’t beat up or anything. Shipping took around two weeks, which was fine, though the tracking kind of just sat there at the start and then suddenly updated.

I put them next to my friend’s retail pair because I was curious, and I couldn’t spot anything major. Maybe if you’re staring way too hard, but on feet they look great. I’m happy with them, the wait was a little annoying, but I’d probably order again.

Am I the only one who gets so frustrated when the order doesn’t match what you actually picked? The size/color/details were off, and it felt like no one really checked it before sending it out. I contacted customer service, but they didn’t really fix anything in a helpful way. After that experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I preordered knowing it probably wasn’t going to ship right away, so in my head I was already doing the “preorder means patience” thing. The updates could’ve been a little quicker, and I did catch myself assuming no news was bad news, which made the wait feel more annoying than it probably needed to.
When I messaged them, they got back to me and explained what was going on, so that helped. The order showed up fine in the end, and nothing was wrong with it. Not a perfect experience because of the waiting, but overall I’d say it was handled fairly
